Is there anyone else that doesn't or didn't really have any symptoms in your early pregnancy??

I'm 6 weeks 1 day today and I haven't had really any symptoms and it kinda scares me. The only thing I have is bloating, peeing a lot during the night and my boobs are a little tender when I touch them. Other than that, that's it. Is this normal? I don't even have morning sickness, nausea, headaches, nothing like other people. My first ultrasound is Wednesday and I'm so scared I hope it's not a blighted ovum or anything since I don't really have symptoms like everyone else. I'm just scared this time because I had two prior miscarriages before this, and this pregnancy so far is farther than the other two. And My beta levels have been very good. Two weeks ago on April 16 Monday at 4 weeks 2 days my beta was 406, two days later it was 786, and then two days later after that on April 20th it was 2051. And I had 1 more beta done 4 days ago on Wednesday at 5 weeks 4 days and it came back at 11,838 and my progesterone has stayed above 41 each time.
