Wet underwear..

I’m not new to the sexual world. But I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 6 months now and every time we hang out I get i this weird feeling down low and like my underwear ends up getting all wet and gooey whether that’s just making out with him or doing other things .. I don’t fantasize or think of other things when we do make out or do other things.. but it gets annoying sometimes like I will go to the washroom and my underwear is all wet and like gooey.. Cause one time it looked like I had peed (he didn’t notice I wore a long shirt) when really it was just wet and gooey.. it gets quite annoying sometimes when we end up going somewhere after or I just want to relax and watch movies with him but can’t relax or get my mind off the fact that my underwear is all wet is there anyways on how to make that stop? Or does it just happen. Cause it happens almost everytime!
