Hey ladies! So I bought some EPO today! Just for the record I want everyone to understand I AM NOT TRYING TO INDUCE LABOR. I have started RRLT to strengthen my uterus bc I hope to go pain med free this time around (#2) and EPO to help soften my cervix and use it to do perinial massages. I am currently 36 weeks and I've heard of woman starting all this earlier. But I don't want my baby to be premature and it be my fault, that's my way of thinking😁... So being that 37 weeks is full term I feel more comfortable starting this process. So my question is... How many do I insert vaginally? How many should I take orally? Who has done/is doing both at the same time? Stories are very much welcome!
