am I spotting or is this my period 😒 TOO POST!

ladies, this is starting to bug my brain. I had 1 depo jag in September 2017 - periods were erratic for a while but started becoming regular again starting on 10th of the month (previously was the 28th) yesterday and today I've had very very light bleeding/spotting, bright red (Sorry if tmi) could this be implant bleeding or are my periods returning to 28th? Like literally this is maybe when I wipe once or twice it's not all day...any help would be greatly appreciated!
