Advice??

Yesterday, I felt so dizzy & lightheaded in the shower I had to step out. I damn never almost fainted! Then felt like I had to throw up but never did. I also had a weird acne breakout on my chest which is odd... but not I’m having something like a UTI but with no pain. Been peeing very frequently but it seems it’s blocked. Also, today I should have started my period but no show yet. It’s usually in between 19-31 days and I’m on day 31.... could be a possibility that I’m pregnant since I didn’t use protection. Any advice on the symptoms I’m having?
