TWW: How do you ladies stay relaxed?

Just curious how you ladies distract yourself during the two week wait? They say it’s best to stay relaxed and not get too worked up.

I told myself I wasn’t thinking about it (hard to control) or testing (easier to control) until a certain date (which was the day after period was due) and it actually really helped. I didn’t go off of every symptom, wanting to test and then seeing the negative and saying it’s “too early”, I just kept waiting it out. Good luck!

I clean my house, go on walks, read, and I work part-time. During my next tww I'll be on vacation and that helps.  I love doing movie marathons like Harry Potter and resident evil.
