Bummed but still praying!!

Have been trying to conceive for nearly three years and nothing! Have done fertility testing and I found out my egg reserve is good but I do have a blocked tube. My guy and I have conceived 3 years ago but we lost the baby at 12 weeks and haven’t been lucky since. Today I took an early pregnancy test because I feel differently. Sore breasts for a week, super tired, and some mild cramps. It was negative. I’m 5 days before my period is due. Still praying that my feeling isn’t wrong!! I didn’t tell my boyfriend of my suspicion and when we had sex last night he said omg you’re pregnant... I really hope I’m not dreaming, sprinkle that baby dust for me!!

PS- do you think a guy can tell from the way you feel during sex?
