4 days late for period, still getting negative tests *update*

I have a very regular cycle. Like exactly 31 days every month, but I’m 4 days late with BFN tests. Like not even evap lines after letting the tests sit forever. I’ve tried the dollar store test, frer, and ept. I know they say stress can delay your period, but I’m not stressed lol. I was for sure this wasn’t going to be my month, so I wasn’t really worried about it because we JUST started trying for our 2nd.

Just really trying to see if others have had this happen? I have had pregnancy symptoms in the last two day.

Still no period. Haven’t tested since 8 days late. I’m now 11 days late! But the doctor on our military base doesn’t want to do a blood test unless I’m a whole month late 🙄🙃
