Help Me Organize Nursery!

Okay Mommas! First time mom an I need help figuring out how to organize the nursery! Baby has a pretty decent size closet. Just wanna know the most beneficial way to organize it. We haven't gotten a dresser yet. Can't decide if we want a tall or a long one or both. But ways to organize those too would be great! Anything you guys used or did that was helpful. (I do use Pinterest but I just seem like their rooms are either way larger or extremely tiny..)

For Example: I wanna get a rolling cart to put babies diapers an what nots on/in so they are close by but not hogging the changing table. (Baby will be in my room for the first couple months anyways so I can just move it from room to room if needed really)
