Jobs that offer maternity leave starting day 1

I have been at my current job for over 2 years. Recently I have been forced into a different shift that I didn’t even got a choice of. I have been working 7-3:30 since I started nearly and starting June 4th I will be starting at 9am and working a step down shift which means Monday’s are 10 hour days and Tuesday, Wednesday’s and Fridays are 8 hours and Thursday is my short day 🙄 I had no say in this whatsoever. Not to mention a few months ago stepdown shifts were given a shift differential and now I don’t get any compensation for this crappy shift. I have been wanting a new job for awhile but was gonna wait until after the baby but I Can’t do these hours. Any company’s that offer maternity or disability leave before 1 year of service?
