come on mommies i need help

I'm at the hospital right now for extreme sharp abdominal pain, my daughter hasn't been moving that much the past 24 hours but now that she has the monitor on she is moving fine. I'm 29 weeks and 1 day, her heart rate has NEVER been below 137 and it's 124 right now is that low for a baby girl and odd because I'm experiencing this kind of pain?

update: she just shot back up to 143 in a matter of 4 minutes. the doctors keep telling me that it's growing pains but ladies I can tell there is something wrong if you knew the amounts of pain I'm in it's unreal what should I do???
