Membrane sweep? How does it feel? Does it hurt?? 😫

Okay so I’m new to this I didn’t even know about this whole membrane sweep stuff... but now it’s making me go back to when I had my son last year in September. I went into the ER to what ended up being “false labor”. I was 36 weeks at the time, the doctor did what I believe a cervical check but I remember it hurting it’s so faint in my memory I hardly remember but I remember I was so uncomfortable. Two days later, I ended up giving birth to my baby which doctors say was late preemie. Now it came back to me if this doctor that checked me probably did what’s called a membrane sweep. 🤔
