Swimming temperature while pregnant?

I live in Arizona the temperature is about 84’ today it feel pretty hot is it safe to swim in my pool I’m 10 weeks pregnant temperature of my pool is 79-80’ the sun is pretty hot today so wanted to know I messaged my doctor haven’t heard back yet

I live in Tucson and my doc recommend that I swim for multiple reasons. never said anything about the water being a specific temp. just make sure you don't over heat between the water and the sun and you should be fine =)

Any pool temperature is safe (unless it's like icy which you wouldn't swim in anyway) no hot tubs

If you feel hot and uncomfortable in a pool, then you shouldn't go in it. Otherwise, you're fine.
