Using preg test too early

I'm a dipshit. I used the dam pregnancy test at home too early....ok so when i used the test i didnt put fhe lid on it and it said neg. Well...I am not even on my period I've ended it 2 weeks ago. I have had symptoms like cramps and blood and Brest tenderness. My period isn't supposed to be until next month on the 14th or so and yet I'm having this happen to me. Why am I like that..wtf
