Ideas for Thank you gifts for baby shower hosts

I need ideas! So I had my first son March 2016. My husband’s co workers had a baby shower in the works, and I went into labor the morning of it lol so they sent their gifts but I had such a hard time as a new mommy that I never sent thank you cards or even knew what gift was from who. They were VERY generous.

Fast forward to 2018. I’m pregnant with our second boy. I wasn’t expecting anything since I pretty much have everything. I made a target registry only for the discount you get at the end. I added a crib, mattress, glider and ottoman, a humidifier and a few other things I didn’t try with my son and wanted to give it a go this time, about $700 worth of things. They threw us a BEAUTIFUL baby shower on Friday with catered Italian food, drinks, music and they bought out our ENTIRE registry, furniture, car seat and everything. The company’s Vice President (my husband’s direct boss)paid for the food and the workers paid for everything else. My husband is the supervisor and they all love him so much. Thank you cards are a given, but should I buy them each a thank you gift or get something for them collectively like goodies for the break room? For the girls (4 of them) that did the actual work and planning, I want something individual for sure. They are a youthful group, but not super young. They are just mostly single and hip, ages 25-35. They are sales reps and customer service girls and a couple marketing guys (25-30 total people) They like to party and have a good time. They aren’t big on sweets so my initial idea of pastries doesn’t work either. I don’t know how to show my appreciation for them. We still got $185 more in gift cards aside from the big stuff.
