I’m 4-5 weeks pregnant and I have been spotting light pinkish but it’s only when I wipe am i having a miscarriage ??

some cramping is normal,your uterus is growing a baby. some small spotting is normal. if you get to concerned,contact your doctor

When I MC it did start off small but in a matter of four hours it was a lot, filling a pad. So if it’s not getting any worse I’d say you’re all good. Good luck hon

Only worry if its bright red and youre cramping. Spotting in early pregnancy is normal.
