Rheumatoid Arthritis and Plaquenil

I have RA, I’ve had it for 7 years, and I’ve been on humira and methotrexate for two years with decent success. I also have fibro and chronic vestibular migraines. My sed rate shot up and my joint pain has been increasing, so my rheumatologist put me on plaquenil. I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experiences with this medicine? I’ve noticed my fibro has been acting up more than usual and I wasn’t sure if it was related to the plaquenil or not.
