Normal?

I noticed recently that when I take my bra off there is like a white circle in the material where my nipples go. I haven't noticed any leakage. Just dry white stuff in my nipples that I have to pick out. (Gross I know) is this Normal? I'm 24 weeks pregnant.

I wouldn’t pick it out hun, wash it out with a soft wet face cloth or something. You can get dry skin on your nipples and you may start picking at that without knowing. Trust me when I say cracked and flaky nipples can be PAINFUL 😖
