Can I call the police on my neighbors if I live in apartments and my neighbors keep smoking weed outside? It's so annoying. It happens at all hours of the day and night and my family won't visit me anymore due to them being outside smoking all the time! I never go outside and a few of my neighbors with kids don't go outside either because they're always outside smoking weed. I live in tx and I've Googled it and haven't seen anything that cops can do about that or if there's anything they can do. I was just outside and I'm pregnant and they're outside smoking. I've complained and they said "people need to get used to us smoking weed cause a lot of us do it here." I'm about to message my landlord about it and see what he says. The "manager" won't tell him or ever complain about it because her son does it too, and since the other guys who do it are his friends, they do it wherever at whatever time because they know she won't say anything about it.
