Kinda scary maybe normal?

I work over nights and today I was sleeping just having the best sleep ever but I kept waking up to pain right there in my pubic area and the first time I got up it was my entire tummy rock hard I was scared because it actually hurt when I got up to tinkle it literally felt like I’d pee myself if I didn’t get on the pot immediately kinda weird to me I never felt that much pressure as I did today felt like the baby was gonna just fall out when I tinkled. Well I’m 37 w an 3 days anyone ever feel this feeling I’m describing ?
