BBT Tracking?

How do you ladies go about tracking bbt? Like, I'm allowed to turn my alarm off first, right? Haha. I just feel like I'm doing it wrong and it seems so simple. When should I start? Help me! Haha

I used my phone alarm and kept the phone and thermometer in arms reach so when my alarm went off I grab my phone, turn it off or snooze it, then grab the thermometer and take temp, enter that into app that you chart bbt on. All with minimal moving around/don’t even sit up in bed.

Try to put the thermometer in the same place of your mouth every morning. I put mine on the right side under my tongue and as far back towards my lower molars as I can get it.
