Ttc in 3 months 🌈🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏼🤷🏻‍♀️🌈

Going to start trying for baby #3 in 3 months. Little background, I had a miscarriage, a little boy at 26 weeks who is 2 1/2 now and lost a little girl at 22 weeks with Down syndrome. In January I had a procedure called a Transabdominal cerclage by a physician in Chicago. I was diagnosed with incompetent cervix and I would go early every pregnancy without the surgery I had done. Wanting to get myself in tip top shape. Any tips, tricks, advice??
