HCG level 548.8 mlU/ML

Pls tell me if this hcg level is ok ( 548.8 mlU/ML ) based on my pregnancy calender, I am 4 weeks 6 days.. I am freaking out because yesterday I did ultrasound ( regular and internal ) but the technician did not see anything so my doctor requested for Hcg test.. I went online and found the result of my test showing below information.. Pls help me to understand what I am seeing here.. Thank you.
