Anyone here have breast implants?

The soreness of my breasts is killing me. I had 2 wonderful pregnancies in 2002 and 2011 and they never hurt. Maybe in the 1st trimester. I thought I have done having kids and refreshed myself from poor B to CD in 2013. It was 5! Years ago! I am 30 weeks now and since I became pregnant my nipples are so sore as I would never ever have had imagined. Shower hurts, bra hurts, I sleep with my sports bras on! All I read online are the happy stories like “I breastfeed with my implants and all is good!”. This is not my story - it hurt to breastfeed my both children without them, so if I am in such nipple pain right now, will I die from the nipple pain when I will actually start to breastfeed? Will I be able to stand such pain if I can’t even touch them? Anyone has this problem or I am only one on this planet? Your thoughts or ideas are highly appreciated!💗
