Healing helix

Hi there,

I got two helix piercings done eight months ago. I had bleeding and that damn bump for a while, but all seems well now. Every other week (about), my piercings swell up and hurt but then go back to normal after a day or two. I always think “maybe I can change them now!” And then they swell and I think “better not”. How will I know when it is for sure healed? Thank you!
