Well, I didn't think I would be writing my delivery story so early. 31 weeks to be exact. 2 weeks ago I started with the really bad back pain but my doctor said it was normal because of the growing stomach and everything else. Explained my discharge and everything and he said as long as there was no blood there was nothing to worry about (this was on Friday April 27th) Fast forward to today May 1st woke up and my discharge was pinkish and my back cramps were intense. Called my Doctor right away and they said to watch it sometimes it goes away on its own. Not mine, by 1pm it was full blown blood and we rushed to the hospital. I was already at 3 cm. They started me on all kinds of meds to try to stop labor and also gave me the steroid shot just invade they couldn't. I was then transferred to a specialized NICU hospital and upon arriving I was checked again and almost at a 7 but baby was breech so they started everything right away for an emergency C-section. It was the scariest moment of my life I'm not gonna lie. But by 544pm my baby boy was here. They took him right away because he has swallowed some fluid. Thank god he is doing great, we both are. He is big for a preemie in the 65th percentile according to Dr. Everything happened so fast it was crazy.
Here is my baby boy! Born 9 weeks early and doing great.
Thank you if you made it this far.
For those pregnant I wish you a healthy pregnancy!
