Is he definitely a boy??

So I keep having this dream that my little boy comes out a girl and I’m really paranoid because I’ve spent so much money and boy stuff I didn’t care for the gender but more bothered about the clothes deffo a boy?? I’m probably just being paranoid this was at 16 weeks please let me know what u think
