Took us a bit but we are HOME!
5 weeks and 5 days in NICU... 2 days at your birth hospital... you’ve literally lived almost 6 weeks of your life in the hospital but you are FINALLY home ❤️❤️❤️ thank you everybody for your prayers it’s been a rough road and it won’t end just yet... but for now you found your way back to us like you will do again and again.
