My husband and I been togsther 5 years & married 1 year, and started this last december since we were BOTH ready & now I'm 25 weeks this Monday. I would say to just wait til you are both ready, but don't rush so fast if you've only been together less than a year give it atleast 2 years so you 2 really get to know one another. I wouldnt want a baby w a stranger, that's just me.

My husband and I started trying last March. We had been together for 2 years. Just got married last month. We had already bought a house and I had just finished a practical nursing program and passed my state boards. It just depends on when you both feel that you can take on the added responsibility of a child.
