Heartbroken

Hello. today we went for our dating (12 week scan) the sonogrpaher could not see much so asked to do an internal scan and you could see it very clear we were both excited to see the image the head little feet etc. She then asked how far I thought I was and something twigged. She said the baby had stopped growing around 8 weeks and 6 days and there was no heartbeat. I feel lost. I know others have been here. life is cruel. Now deciding how to manage and wondering how I carry on x
