Menstrual Cups - say YES!
If you’ve ever considered using a menstrual cup I say do it right now! I’ve always been afraid to take that leap and now that I have I couldn’t be happier. It felt the new fear all over - like the first time using a tampon how does it go in... Is it going to hurt? Not at all! I will tell every lady I know to say yes to cups vs. tampons!
