I walked in on my niece masturbating to porn?! I walked out quickly... she’s only 14! What should I do??? Should I react?? Or act like nothing happened!! She is probably terrified that I saw her like that!

I would confront her, but let her know that it’s no big deal. Tell her to not be embarrassed!
Just maybe remind her to lock the door, or be sure no one might come in and to listen close to what’s going on outside of her door 
just in case someone is coming towards her room lol.
