anybody else?

does anybody else get cramps so bad they feel like their dying??? seriously always on day 2 of my period i have the worst cramps. they’re worse in my lower back but  hurt so bad that all i can do is cry and lay around trying to get comfortable. does anybody have any remedies or recommendations? i take midol but it only helps minimally.

I too have seriously bad cramps. heat sometimes makes it worse a cool compress sometimes helps. it hurts so bad at times I want to go to the er to get something for it but I always manage to push threw it. I also had my tubes tied so idk if that's why it's hurting or what. Dr says as time passes it will be less painful and every month I say I can't go threw this 1 more month I just can't but I always do in hopes it will be better the next month 😕 also I have a super light period almost not enough to wear a tampon just a loner and with the pain I think I would feel so much better if I was flooding. hugs during this time
