Hematoma in early pregnancy?

Has anyone had a hematoma in pregnancy and went on to have a healthy baby? 
My doctor says it shouldn’t cause problems as long as I take it easy but I’m just wondering what other peoples experiences/knowledge are on this.

Yes. Mine was pretty big (according to Dr). It hung around for a few weeks and caused brown bleeding (no red blood, no cramping and only when I wiped). At each ultrasound after it was slowly getting smaller and the doctor said she could tell the blood was clotting and no longer fresh. Then the bleeding just stopped (after about 3 weeks) and the hematoma was gone.  I’m 14 weeks  2 days now and everything has been textbook since then.
