Kinda TMI Vag Question

So I'm 21 weeks and yesterday while I was at work I went to go pee and I just kinda sat there for a little bit afterwards because I'm tired lol but while I sat there I noticed that my vagina started to hurt. This used to happen when I was on my period as well. kinda like my uterus is trying climb its way out or something lol. but after that for the rest of the day I had really bad itching and so when I got home I got in the shower and I realized my labia minora? Its more near my vaginal hole and its swollen! and it hurts! not excruciating or anything but just really uncomfortable. like when I do my kegels im like oh yup...my vagina is still sore. I havent had sex in like a week so that's not it and I havent changed anything like lotion or soap.. is this a common thing? ive heard of ladies having swollen vaginas while pregnant so I'm just trying to figure out if I need to go into panic mode or not.
