Positive OPK but app says I missed my ovulation?

This app is telling me my ovulation date is 3 days before I get an actual positive LH surge. This has happened for the past 3 months. Not sure which to believe, as my LH surge is pretty late in my cycle. It's like on day 21 of my cycle. Does anyone else have a late surge?

just log your opks. and the app will move you're ovulation day depending on result.  don't go off the of app go by your opks. after it shows positive you ovulate with 36 hrs .

I have a late surge as well. Listen to the test, not the app.

I get late surges as well. Are you logging your test results. After 3 months I would hope the app would catch on. I'm only on cycle 2.
