Low OPK means period coming?

If I am getting a low opk on the digital reader does that mean that my period maybe is coming?

I just got off of birth control 2 weeks ago and have yet to have a period so I’m just trying to make sense of everything.

I had light spotting 2 days again w/ cramping but that’s been about it.

Glow says my period is going to start in 4 days (b/c of the last time I had my period)

When I first took my birth control out I was getting a high digital reading but never reached peak.

Can someone ANYONE give me insight?
