Traveling pregnant

Hello ladies ,

I haven’t been to the doctors, my appointment is May 8th but by my last menstrual i am 7 weeks i had a vacation planned in Jamaica 6/2 is it ok to travel this early in pregnancy? Has anyone else? By then i would prob be 11 weeks
