Weird period!

I switched birth control and my period came later than normal then I had brown spotting for 2 days which switched to red today but it only happens when I wipe that I notice anything. Nothing on my party liner. Usually I suffer from severe cramps but I’m not and I have been having migraines that are extremely painful. Anyone experience there period not really feeling like it?
