Can you get pregnant if your tubes are done?

Anyone got pregnant after having had their tubes done? I'm talking about having had it done somewhat recently, not like your mom or aunt 30 years ago.
I had a dream I got a positive pregnancy test and kinda freaked out lol.

only a hysterectomy is 100% in not having a baby but getting pregnant after a tu al is extremely rare and the pregnancy carrying to viability is even more rare

Yes. My best friend had her tubes she has a 12 year old boy and got pregnant a second time after her tubes were a 3rd time and had ectopic pregnancy and lost an ovary.
