I just watched this movie Seeing Other People I think it was called

^^^ this! It was super good and the guy was teaching the girl how to masturbate. At one point he says that she should be doing kegels while having one finger on her g spot and one finger near her cervix and maybe one with her clit aggressively. 
How many of you ladies do kegels while trying to orgasm? I thought it was just an exercise for before sex. To make orgasms more intense during sex.

my husband really enjoys when I do kegels while he's inside me. I haven't found they do much for my orgasm but it helps him

Kegels are an exercise to tighten your pelvic floor and vaginal muscles. They can make your vagina feel tighter by contracting the muscle. So practicing them regularly will build that muscle, and doing them during sex will make you feel “tighter” in the moment, helping you both to feel more of the friction.
