HELP!

I’m 6dpo and I’m having bad cramps!! I had to take Tylenol. This is the first time I’ve experienced cramping 10 days before my period. It’s so odd, I hope it isn’t some type of infection in my urinary tract. I’m bloated and hungry but I don’t crave food. Do you have any idea of what it might be? I need help from you. I’ll appreciate it :)
