I had an internal scan today...

It’s day 54 of my cycle and I’ve been so sick these last few weeks. I was so convinced I was pregnant because of all the symptoms I had (and I had LOTS). So my doctor wanted me to get a scan done because all my other tests came back negative.

At the scan, the doctor said my uterus was looking good with a very thick lining as it was preparing. He noticed though that my right ovary was enlarged. He did mention that sometimes ovaries enlarge right before ovulation and I probably was so sick because my body skipped a period but still gave me the pms symptoms. I have more blood tests, swab and breath tests to do to make sure that I don’t have any other issues (I’m a cancer survivor with 4 years remission).

Could someone help me decode what stage my body is in right now? I’ve had very watery and heavy clear cm for 3 weeks straight and now I’m scared that because I missed my period I’ve missed my window for this month.
