Today I'm 10 dpo. Last night I had sharp cramps in my bottom left right by my hip bone and this morning I had very light pink bleeding. I don't usually cramp as part of pms.

after the cramping I was super nauseated after dinner and had a hard time grocery shopping actually gagging a few times but that's probably psychosomatic

I've felt super off this week and took two early pts yesterday and today because i expected a 7 day implantation - both bfn

it's my second cycle trying and I have pcos but it's improved and I've evened out around 28 days. last month I had 6 dpo implantation bleeding but think I may have had early miscarriage

any thoughts?
