I need advice
So i have rlly bad anxiety like most of the time I feel like I need to throw up, but recently whenever I think of my boyfriend I get rlly anxious. Idk why and I think I may want to break up with him, but at the same time I don’t? I’m starting to take my medicine again so I think I’m waiting for that to kick in before I do anything, but I was thinking maybe I should take a break before I actually end it? It just scares me so much to think like this and I’m not sure what to do
