My husband and I are ttc our 2nd child after 5 years. For those 5 years after the birth of our first, I was on mirena. I got it removed Jan 24, had my period Jan 29 and didn't have another period until March 29.

This is where it gets tricky for me. I was having early pregnancy symptoms towards the end of feb and through march (late period, cramps, cravings, sore breasts) and leading up to me getting the iud removed, my periods were coming more regularly and on a monthly basis (I didn't have a period for much of the time that I had the iud-dr said that was normal). Well now the same thing is happening again this month. I'm late 6 days, cramping consistently in my pelvis and lower back (which is what I experienced with my first pregnancy) slight pulling sensations in my pelvic region, weird appetite, and kind of hormonal. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative. The last one was taken yesterday on day 6 of no period. I don't want to get my hopes up and I'm not sure if it's just my period acting up or if I'm actually pregnant. my dr didn't say anything about getting it removed causing irregular periods or how long it would take for them to become more regular. If anyone else has experienced this and has some advise please help me out.
