Help!

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 months... the past month he's been acting strange. He doesn't pay as much attention to me, and he's been hanging around girls a lot. I trust him and know he wouldn't do anything. Recently he hung out with 2 girls and he had admitted to touching them but said that they inflicted it. Yet he didn't stop it so I got mad. I'm not sure if it's cheating. He says he still loves me. But he also keeps saying that we're not gonna last and that we're hanging by a thread. This whole time that he's been acting up I have stayed positive and have wanted ro fix things. What should I do? I don't wanna leave our relationship
