Femara 4th round.. anyone done that many?

I’ve been through a lot.. hell we all have but long story short I’ve maxed out on taking clomid. This will be my 4th round of femara. Anyone done that many with any luck? First round I got pregnant & miscarried at 8 weeks. 2nd didn’t work at all. 3rd went up to 7.5mg & just got blood work back that I am not pregnant.. any info/comments are appropriated.

I am on my first round of Femara.... (letrozole) .. just had a positive opk...

I did 7 rounds of clomid with no success, will be starting femara soon. My doctor is going to let me do six rounds of it. We can’t afford iui or ivf so it’s our last shot.

I’m currently on my second round, praying it works. My doctor will only have me do 4 rounds before trying other options.

I’m on my third, first at 2.5mg, last two at 7.5. Currently in my tww but not feeling it.
I will give it one more month at the higher dose, then ask about options. I conceived twice last year on my own but both ended in miscarriage. Feeling pretty discouraged.

I did 6.  3 with IUI’s.  And I also did 6 rounds of clomid.   My IVF consult is next week.
