Ladies, do you take your prenatal pills even before getting pregnant?

I just started taking mine and I’m not pregnant just yet. Me and my SO are trying again for our second baby so i figured hey why not. I stopped taking them a while after i had given birth to our son and stuck with the regular multi gummy vitamins since.

Most OBGYN's now recommend that you start taking a prenatal vitamin daily for 3-6 months before conceiving :) the sooner the better!

It’s recommended that you take prenatals  while trying to conceive... and if you are a breastfeeding mom postnatals work wonders as well since it’s pass through to the baby via your milk

My fertility doctor prescribed them, so I would think it is a good idea in general.
