Hello all,

I’m looking for a second (or community) opinion on these dreams I have. They aren’t exactly reoccurring, but every couple months I will have a dream about my ex boyfriend. Typically they will just be us talking, or a little PDA that I resist but can’t seem to stop myself, or me avoiding him kissing me.

It’s concerning because I am in a great relationship with a man I love and have been going steady with for 4 years, and I haven’t spoken to my ex in years.

So why is my ex frequently popping up in my dreams? How can I make it stop?

He was my first love. Pretty much my first everything to be honest, and I broke up with him for a lot of reasons: I was a year older and had just left for college, he might have cheated on me (I never found out for sure), and the lack of trust made me that crazy paranoid girlfriend. The breakup absolutely devastated me until I met my current boyfriend.
